Convenient Stay with Stunning Views
The penthouse suite offered breathtaking views of the city skyline! However, I wish there had been more seating options. The small lobby can get crowded, but the central location makes exploring Manhattan a breeze. Don’t miss the rooftop if the weather permits – perfect for a sunset view!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, making it easy to navigate, especially for seniors. I particularly loved the cleanliness and the helpful staff who ensured all our needs were met with a warm smile.
Elevators were quite slow during peak times.

Just a solid selection for a short interlude in New York with extraordinarily good value for money. The elevators can be a hassle, as I had to wait 20 minutes at one point, which was frustrating. Look for lower floors if you're not keen on waiting for elevators with bags.

First off, the nachos at nearby 230 Fifth were downright legendary! Plus, the hotel’s prime location made zipping around NYC a breeze. And let's not forget the comfy rooms with a fridge—super handy for late-night snacks.
As I said above, the rooms were small, which made maneuvering a bit tricky. And while the staff were nice, we needed better guidance on local spots and they didn’t always deliver.
